My Story

Who am I?

A writer, a biologist, a bilingual communicator, someone who thrives in multicultural environments and can keep smiling under pressure.

I hold a PhD in Ecology from the University of Zurich and completed a year of postdoctoral research at the University of Basel. After years of molecular experiments, root sampling, publishing results, and presenting at international conferences, I know what it means to dedicate countless hours to exploring questions most people will never understand.

Think of me when you are trying to explain your research to a potential industry partner, when you need to convince funders but keep finding technical barriers, when you develop a new start-up but others don't seem to understand why you need their support and why it matters, when an NGO has deep expertise but still feels dull when you read about it.

I founded Plumeria because I believe Communication should be an intrinsic part of the scientific world. I help researchers, NGOs, and innovators find their real voice and give their work the sharpness and resonance it deserves.

Why Work With Me

I would like to express my gratitude for the time and effort Thais devoted to reviewing our manuscript. The process involved detailed improvements to the wording of the text to enhance clarity, its coherence, and structure. Her review reflected genuine scientific expertise and dedication. I believe her suggestions and comments significantly improved the quality of the manuscript, and I recommend her services.
